Privacy policy
Version of 8 August 2026
Hall of Fame respects the privacy of the people who use this site and uses the information provided only to review enquiries, contact the user and arrange possible further cooperation.
What data we receive
We receive only the information a user enters into the site forms themselves. Depending on the form, this may include a name, age, country and city of residence, citizenship, information about experience, level of English, available time, device, answers to the questionnaire, a Telegram username, and the details given in a business proposal.
The site may also process the minimal technical data needed for security and to protect the forms from spam and abuse.
How we use the data
The information provided is used only to:
- review an application or enquiry;
- contact the user;
- determine a suitable format for further interaction;
- protect the site and its forms from spam and abuse.
We do not sell personal data, do not pass it on to advertisers and do not provide it to other companies for their own purposes.
Within Hall of Fame, applications and enquiries are available only to the staff who need that information for their work.
Site analytics
The site may use optional analytics that help us understand traffic and improve how the site works.
Whether optional analytics is used depends on the user's choice in the site settings. Declining it does not limit access to the main features of the site.
The contents of the form fields filled in by the user are not used for analytics purposes.
You can change your decision here — it applies the next time a page is opened.
Model applications
For model applications, information about citizenship and place of residence may be used to check whether cooperation is possible in the chosen country or region.
There are no geographical restrictions for chatters.
Storing information
Information is kept only for as long as it is needed to review an enquiry, for further interaction and for the related work tasks.
When there is no longer a need to keep the information, the data may be deleted or anonymised.
Your data
A user may contact Hall of Fame with a request to clarify, correct or delete the information they have provided.
Age
Hall of Fame forms are intended only for people aged 18 or older.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information provided from unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the site changes. The current version is always published on this page.
