honestly I came in with zero idea what to do here 😂 thought I'd look around for a couple of days and that's it. but the admin explained everything from scratch, where to look, how to write, then we went through my mistakes too. Now I work way calmer, at the start my head was boiling of course

Been working almost a year. At the start it was really tough, especially the first weeks, there was a lot I didn't get. Then I somehow got into it and now you notice some things automatically. Days are different of course, but overall I'm glad I didn't give up back then
I didn't even know this kind of work existed)) a friend told me about it, at first I thought it's totally not for me. But turned out it's fun. Especially when you start understanding how to talk to different people. The team is really nice, they help even when the questions are dumb 😅

For me the biggest plus is probably the training. I don't like it when they dump a huge text on you and it's like, go figure it out. Here there are videos, examples, you can ask. The first week was hard of course, now it's much easier

i like that you're not sitting here on your own. Sometimes there's a situation in a chat where you have no clue what to answer, you ask and someone tells you. The admins are always around too. In that sense the team is really alright

I came in with no experience at all and my English isn't perfect. I was really worried about that. The first days I kept looking at the examples, then I started figuring out what's what myself. Now I feel a lot more confident
I've worked remotely before, but this is a whole different story of course 😄 at first it felt unusual. There's really a lot of psychology in the talking here. Over time you start understanding people better just from a few messages
the first week I thought every day that I'm dumb 😂 so much new stuff all at once. Luckily I got a calm administrator, he could explain the same thing several times. Now it's fine, I think it'll get even easier from here

The tools help a lot. When I just started I didn't even realise how much time they save. You spend less time on routine stuff and can give more attention to the conversation itself
Probably the main reason I stayed is the team. There were moments when nothing worked at all and I wanted to lose it 😅 but you can always ask, go through what went wrong. It's not like one bad day and they write you off straight away
before this I was in a completely different field, a friend told me to try it. The first two weeks I honestly thought I wouldn't make it 😅 then I got the logic and it became much simpler. Now I actually like it, especially that everything can be done remotely
At first I didn't take it seriously honestly, thought I'd try it for a while. And it's already half a year here)) Good crew, the administrator always answers even if it's some small thing. At the start there were a million questions of course
At first it was really confusing for me 😅 especially understanding the style of chats. But team helped a lot and nobody made me feel stupid for asking. After few weeks everything started making much more sense. still learning but I like it

I liked that after the training they don't just drop you like ok go work now. They help during the shifts too. A few times I really messed up in the chats, then we went through what could have been written differently and why
Came in just to try remote work. And now 9 months have gone by))) the hardest part was the first weeks. Then you start understanding people's psychology and the work feels completely different
