By using the Hall of Fame site and submitting information through it, the user confirms that they have read these Terms of use and the Privacy policy.

Age

The Hall of Fame site and its forms are intended only for people aged 18 or older.

By sending an application, the user confirms that they are 18 or older.

Applications

The user provides the information through the site forms themselves.

By sending an application, the user allows Hall of Fame to receive and use the information provided in order to review the application, contact the user and discuss possible further cooperation.

Sending an application is not a contract and does not guarantee the start of cooperation.

If the format is a fit, a Hall of Fame representative may contact the user using the contact details provided.

Business proposals

The “Open to proposals” form is intended for partnerships, advertising, services and other business enquiries.

The information from this form is used to review the proposal and to contact the sender.

Accuracy of information

The user must provide current and accurate information and must not submit other people's data without the appropriate permission.

Results and income

Hall of Fame does not guarantee a particular level of income or any other financial result.

Testimonials and examples of results reflect the individual experience of particular people and do not mean that someone else will achieve a similar result.

Working with models

One of the Hall of Fame directions involves creator platforms and content for an adult audience.

The content format, personal boundaries, promotion methods and the other terms of cooperation are discussed with the model separately.

Sending the questionnaire is not consent to creating any particular kind of content.

Using the site

It is forbidden to use the site for spam, automated mass submissions, attempts to gain unauthorised access to information or other actions capable of disrupting the normal operation of the site.

Third-party platforms

OnlyFans, Fansly, Telegram and the other services mentioned are independent third-party platforms.

Mentioning them on the site does not mean that Hall of Fame is their official representative or an affiliated company.

Site materials

The Hall of Fame logo, design, texts and other original materials may not be used for commercial purposes without permission.
